As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for the sales of our high-tech greenhouses and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with customers to grow and promote the sale of the company’s greenhouses and to ensure that customer project requirements are met. As Sales Representative, you will establish and maintain long-term business relationships with new and current customer base and report to the company’s CEO and VP. As a part of your daily routine you will collaborate with the calculation and export departments, along with the Vice President, who will help you with their expertise and long term experience.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Above average knowledge of greenhouse systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of strategically thinking– seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
• Ability to speak effectively with individuals and with groups of customers (or potential customers) in high level positions.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with multiple variables in any situation
• Ability to interpret a variety of instruction furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
• 5+ years of experience in sales (in Agriculture, Horticulture or similar field is a plus).
• Above average knowledge of greenhouse systems.
• High level of motivation and ability to work independently but is also a team player.
• Highly responsible and attached to finishing work responsibilities on time.
• Strong presentation skills and professional appearance.
• Competency in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD is a plus).
• Fluent in English.
